Set in the former library of the Old War Office beneath a lovingly restored Edwardian glass ceiling is Mauro Colagreco’s reimagined French brasserie. Seasonal, generous and bathed in natural daylight. Morning coffee, long lunches, unhurried dinners, all guided by the same quiet precision that defines the kitchen below it.
